Mülheim a.d. Ruhr is home to a branch of SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik GmbH, which is thus also part of the SCHAUENBURG INTERNATIONAL group of companies. The portfolio includes moulded parts, stamped parts, profile technology, special parts and component assembly from rubber and plastic. The traditional company is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Projects are accompanied from the initial idea to series production.

One of the most popular products is a foam tube which is used as a protective cover for cable pull and actuation systems. While conventional pipes are designed for 100°C, the SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik version has a temperature resistance of 125°C. The recyclable material also complies with the EU end-of-life vehicle guidelines.

In the area of moulded parts, small and large series are produced for the automotive, electrical and mechanical engineering industries, among others. SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik GmbH offers customized solutions based on rubber, plastics, silicons and fluoroelastomers. In addition to all common rubber qualities, foamed materials are also processed in stamping technology. Thanks to the available machinery, the extensive supply of pre-material and short-term tool production, the company can react flexibly and quickly.

Building services and environmental technology also benefit. SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik GmbH is a complete supplier of pipe systems for the use of rainwater. The universally applicable fittings include pipes, fittings and suction baskets. The range is rounded off by logistical support. Kanban and consignment stock are options of a service and customer-oriented supply. In the case of existing framework agreements, SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik can take over warehousing.

The certified hose test for industrial hose assemblies

SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik is a specialist in the field of hose testing with its VIGOT® brand. We carry out both initial and follow-up tests. Our employees are "Qualified persons according to paragraph 2, section 7 BetrSichV for the testing of hose assemblies according to paragraphs 10, 14 and 15 BetrSichV". They can issue test certificates according to 3.1 (initial test) TRBS 1201 (repeat test).

With the Rhein-Main location in Hofheim am Taunus, the Service Point is centrally located in the catchment area.
