Today, modern profile systems in industry, wholesale or trade have to meet a wide variety of requirements. Whether temperature-resistant, recyclable or self-adhesive - we have the right material for every requirement. We produce your individually tailored profiles from natural rubber, silicone, soft PVC, PE rigid foam and other raw materials from 500 m in length. The selection of the appropriate raw material is based on the desired functionality, shape and properties. Our specialty is self-adhesive profiles, which are used for permanent adhesion or as assembly aids.

Rubber profiles

As an experienced manufacturer of rubber profiles, we supply them in a wide variety of qualities and cross-sections. The most commonly processed material is EPDM, which is used for sealing, support, joint or frame profiles as well as edge protection. Rubber profiles are required in large quantities in mechanical and system engineering, in the automotive sector and in the solar industry.

Plastic profiles

Plastic can be processed efficiently and economically. In particular, modern plastic types enable optimal individual solutions for a wide range of customers. There are almost no limits to the application and design possibilities.

Material combinations | Co-extrusion

Schauenburg profile systems made of combined materials unite the advantages of different material properties and thereby realize innovative hard-soft combinations. We are your professional partner even for difficult co- and triextruded profiles. These include, for example, rubber profiles made of sponge rubber and solid rubber or profiles with embedded steel springs. Our profiles made of combined materials are also available self-adhesive.

Foam profiles

Rigid foam profiles impress with outstandingly low values for thermal conductivity and high dimensional stability even under pressure. The areas of application include window and facade construction, insulation profiles for mobile homes, and edge protectors in various shapes and cross-sections for the packaging industry.
