The application possibilities of our profile systems are as diverse as the needs and wishes of our commercial customers. Based on your specifications, we realize profiles in different shapes, colors and cross-sections individually for the highest demands. Industrial users, for example from the automotive industry, the glass industry or the construction sector, use profiles made of various rubber or plastic qualities with a cross-section over the entire length. Our profiles are also popular in interior design and in the production of electrical appliances for home use.

Purpose of use

The intended use of a profile is primarily determined by its material properties. Rubber and plastic profiles impress with their various degrees of strength. Depending on their temperature and weather resistance as well as hygiene and fire protection requirements, they are used for a wide variety of purposes in industry, trade, retail or in the household. Example applications:

Today, modern profile systems in industry, wholesale or trade have to meet a wide variety of requirements. Whether temperature-resistant, recyclable or self-adhesive - we have the right material for every requirement. We produce your individually tailored profiles from natural rubber, silicone, soft PVC, PE rigid foam and other raw materials from 500 m in length. The selection of the appropriate raw material is based on the desired functionality, shape and properties. Our specialty is self-adhesive profiles, which are used for permanent adhesion or as assembly aids.

SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik is a partner of the cooperative degree programme in Trade and Retail Management at the Bremen City University of Applied Sciences. With this cooperation, we support the training and retention of talented young professionals with an affinity for the retail industry. The course lasts seven semesters and alternates between practical training in the company and theoretical training at Bremen University of Applied Sciences. The aim of the course is to obtain the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.

SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik is also a partner of the cooperative degree programme Management and Digitalization at FOM University. Learn how to successfully help shaping the digital transformation in your company. The duration of the course is also seven semesters and offers variety between practical training in the company and theoretical training at the university. The semesters begin in March and September, depending on the place of study. The aim of the course is to obtain a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
