Controlled pressure relief with the ÖldruckMaster
In agricultural engineering and farming, residual pressure builds up in every hydraulic line sooner or later. Temperature fluctuations, periods of inactivity, and load changes directly affect the hydraulic line. In some cases, it is no longer possible to connect the lines.
We supply OEM partners, resellers, and your business, thereby ensuring greater safety for your equipment.

The ÖldruckMaster enables controlled pressure relief directly at the hydraulic line. No modifications. No interference with the existing hydraulic system. Residual pressure in the hydraulic hose is specifically relieved, allowing for reliable reconnection.

Several models are available for different applications. The ÖldruckMaster is available as a plug, a socket, and for flat-seal couplings. Variants for permanent installation on the tractor are also available. This allows the ÖldruckMaster to be flexibly integrated into existing hydraulic systems.
The use of the ÖldruckMaster ensures that the clutch and hydraulic lines are handled with care. Clearly defined procedures reduce the risk of operating errors and enhance safety. This simplifies service work, maintenance, and daily field operations.

Instructions for using the ÖldruckMaster in hydraulic systems
1. Connect the ÖldruckMaster to the tractor
The ÖldruckMaster gets connected to a free hydraulic coupling on the tractor using the provided plug side. The hydraulic system’s control valve can be single- or double-acting and initially remains in the neutral position.

2. Connect the pressurized hydraulic hose assembly
The pressurized hydraulic hose is connected to the opposite side of the ÖldruckMaster. The connection to the hydraulic line is carried out in the same way as for a conventional coupling, without placing additional strain on the hydraulic system.

3. Trigger a pressure pulse in the hydraulic system
A brief pressure pulse is generated via the tractor’s control valve. This opens the valve in the hydraulic hose connector, allowing the remaining pressure to drain off into the hydraulic system in a controlled manner.
4. Release the pressure in the hydraulic line
Next, set the control valve to the “lower” position. The pressure in the hydraulic line will decrease in a controlled manner. Wait a moment to ensure that the hydraulic line is completely depressurized and the hydraulic system has been relieved of pressure.
5. Disconnect the hydraulic hose safely
Once the pressure has been relieved, the hydraulic hose can be easily disconnected from the hydraulic line. The ÖldruckMaster is then disconnected from the tractor’s hydraulic connection and is immediately ready for its next use in agricultural machinery and farming.
